I don’t like anything that is leather but, my friend *Harris* bought this over the holidays and it looks really good with the rest of his furniture. I’m used to lift chairs so I knew what to expect and the leather on my chair cleans easily and comfortably.

THE LAST TIME I CHECKED, THEY COULDN’T MAKE THESE CHAIRS RECLINE INDEPENDENTLY, AND I’VE BEEN SHOPPING AROUND. I BOUGHT THE RHEUMATOLOGIST LIFT CHAIR BECAUSE THEY RECLINED INDEPENDENTLY.
Bought the lift chair because the in-laws visit all the time and they have difficulty getting in and out of my couch. I love that there is no weight limit on the chair and we can all use it independently.
I WAS AFRAID MY HUSBAND WOULD NOT FIND THE CHAIR TO BE COMFORTABLE BUT, JUST THE OPPOSITE – HE SAYS IT’S NOW THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIR IN THE HOUSE.
Excellent customer service on a power massage/heat recliner. My warranty had expired but, they made sure to accommodate me and have their technician make the necessary repairs for free.
FOR THE PRICE I PAID FOR MY LIFT CHAIR, I HAD HOPED IT COULD TRANSFORM OR AT LEAST FLY. INSTEAD, THEY MADE IT SO COMFORTABLE THAT I SPEND MOST OF MY FREE TIME LOUNGING IN IT AND BEING LAZY.

I bought two in the black (his and hers). Very nice looking and comfortable with no problems. I love the PU leather and would definitely recommend. Good purchase.
My husband had to stay in the hospital for a month with a fractured hip and femur. He was in the hospital when I saw the ad for medical breakthrough. I went on the website and ordered the white one so he could have something when they released him from the hospital. Our chair came just in time and was easy to set up. I’m so grateful, and I would purchase again when it comes up on sale.
It took me a while to figure out all the features so I thought I made a mistake by buying it because it just didn’t seem to work the way I wanted. I reached out to tech support and they walked me through the step by step process quite easily. Long story short, this is probably one of the best investments I’ve made this year.
YOU HAVE TO WAIT A WHILE FOR THE CHAIR TO HEAT UP BUT, WHEN IT DOES, IT FEELS LIKE WARM HANDS CARESSING YOUR BACK AND BUTT.
I could fall asleep in my chair no problem. I work from home so being able to adjust the lift function the way I want is a huge plus.
PADDING IS FIRM BUT, NOT TOO FIRM. IT’S THE RIGHT COMFORT ESPECIALLY WHEN FULLY RECLINED.
I love that these come with a warranty. I have no problem with my chair right now but, I’m glad that I could just call them to make repairs.
WE’VE HAD TWO DIFFERENT LIFT CHAIRS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY ALREADY AND THEY BOTH LIFT DIFFERENTLY. THE PROBLEM IS THAT MOST OF THESE CHAIRS MAKE THE LIFTING UNCOMFORTABLE AND WEIRD. I TOOK A CHANCE ON THIS CHAIR BECAUSE OF ITS EXCELLENT FORWARD LIFT AND IT HAS BEEN A BLESSING EVER SINCE.
THE LEATHER IS SO EASY TO CLEAN. I DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY CRAZY SPILLS ANYMORE AND IT DOESN’T LEAVE ANY STAINS.
